How to Redeem

1. Log in to your Nana account or register for a new one in the Nana app.
2. Select the items you wish to purchase and tap “Proceed to purchase.”
3. Tap the “Use promotional coupon” field at checkout.
4. Enter your e-Gift Card code and press “OK” to apply the balance.

Terms & Conditions

• Valid for one-time use on the Nana Shopping App only.
• Redeemable against any products available in the app catalog.
• If your order total exceeds the e-Gift Card balance, you will be prompted to pay the difference using another payment method.
• This e-Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
• Expired e-Gift Cards cannot be reissued or extended.
